Well folks... time for yet another update to the journal... I know you have just been waiting for this.. so here goes :-D
We were up at Mackinaw this past weekend.. visited the island, then to a wedding up in Traverse city.. Fun time indeed...

In the Village... I think we taste tested every fudge shop there :-) HaHa Then we finally bought some just before we had to leave.

I got to sit by this funny little girl on the way back... She was keeping herself warm from the wind.. But its funny what it says on her shirt ;-)
The wedding was for Abe and Jeanne.. two very wonderful people... But for there wedding they couldn't just have the normal candle lighting ceremony that most people had.. Nope, They had to top it all.. So that had this huge pile of wood and timber piled together and drenched in oil, diesel and gasoline.. Then they made some torches and dipped them in gasoline and then threw them at the pile of wood.... It was truly a thrilling time!!

over 15 hours later there was still flames... you cant seem them to well here.. but they were there..
