Hello everybody... just a warning.. if you cant handle looking at blood.. then don't read below...
Ok well I got a small update.. I normally don't do a one day update, but today was a big day in my medical history.. I was caring a box of sheet metal chimney pipe when the box ripped open and the pipe slipped out and cut my thumb!!
normally about this time of night I am laying in my bed play my banjo or guitar.. but with my cut thumb I cant do that.. infact its really hard to type like this as well..
Here is my thumb just after it was cut... you may think I'm crazy that I take pictures of things like this.... but I like to remember when things like this happen.. :-)
My dad took me to a Urgent care place instead of the Hospital because you get much faster and better care.. and its far cheaper!
Here she is sewing it up.. it was a very tricky one for her to do, because it was such a larg flap of skin.
And there it is.. about an hour later and $310 bucks, I'm out the door!!
I'm thankful to God for allowing us to even live near places that can sew us up like that!!
